Returns & Exchanges

At 18 East, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and include the packing slip before dropping the package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
